Goldenpeak announces Andreas Constantinides as Partner

Private equity firm Goldenpeak is pleased to announce the appointment of Andreas Constantinides as Partner. With more than 12 years’ private equity and corporate advisory experience, Andreas has a strong track record across the business services, financial services and technology sectors.

Andreas joins the partner group at Goldenpeak to help drive investments and deliver the overall strategy of the firm. In line with the firm's core investment sectors, he will focus on investment opportunities in data, information and financial services businesses.

Prior to joining Goldenpeak, Andreas was an Investment Director at Inflexion, where he spent eight years investing in mid-market businesses across the UK and Europe. He also worked at Fenchurch Advisory Partners, advising on financial services M&A and began his career in the Services M&A team at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).
