Goldenpeak announces Sam McPhail as Partner

Goldenpeak is pleased to announce the appointment of Sam McPhail as Partner. Sam further strengthens the firm’s growing private equity team, which specialises in high-growth B2B services.

With more than 13 years of experience, Sam’s leadership in private equity and corporate advisory will help drive Goldenpeak’s strategy and advance its investment initiatives.

Sam’s sector expertise includes leading investments in testing, inspection and certification; governance, risk and compliance; professional services; legal services; and cybersecurity. He will play a key role in executing transactions and driving portfolio growth.

Prior to joining Goldenpeak, Sam was an Investment Director at Inflexion, where he spent seven years driving transactions and portfolio growth. Earlier in his career, he led commercial due diligence engagements at CIL Management Consultants. Sam began his professional journey at Deloitte, training as a Chartered Accountant with a focus on financial and operational performance improvement.
